Spain – Tarifa ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Barcelona

Boarding the so called fast ferry from Tangiers, Morocco, I made my way across the Strait of Gibraltar, returning to the continent I call home… Europe. Finally, I arrived in Tarifa, the southernmost point in Spain.

I’m excited to be back in Europe and eagerly anticipating trying some delicious tapas ๐Ÿป during my travels here.

Spain boasts over 3,300 kms of unused railway infrastructures called ‘Vias Verdes‘, which have been transformed into cycling and hiking routes as part of the Greenways Program. This initiative is coordinated by the Spanish Railways Foundation.

Following a restful stay at a nearby campsite outside Tarifa, I planned to embark on a leisurely cycle through as many Vias Verdes (map) as possible on my way to Barcelona.
