Bouabout ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Ait Ali

Leaving a nearly peaceful wild camping spot … barking ๐Ÿฉ dogs could still be heard, though! We head through Bouabout.

With this post, I’m struggling to find the words. Not because I lack the ability to string a sentence together (some might question that!), I just can’t remember much of the next few days. Must’ve been uneventful then!

I do recall, though ๐Ÿ’ก two particularly good wild camping spots. One in a Wadi and the other on the sweeping plains of the desert. Saying that, most of the area would be classed as desert, as I can’t image much rainfall ๐ŸŒง๏ธ Only danger with camping in a Wadi, it doesn’t have to rain here, for if it rains heavily or thawing snow in the Atlas Mountains ๐Ÿ”๏ธ a flash flood could ensue. Not really the season for either … I think! ๐Ÿคฅ

My old MSR Hubba Hubba tent ๐ŸŽช is lasting well. I notice the zips may cause trouble in the future, as they occasionally don’t close completely. But she’s good for the next few months.
